She relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area to Ireland to fulfill her bucket list item of living and working in Europe and is living her best life.

Lilia is a strategic design leader with two decades of experience in end-to-end product design and a steadfast advocate for user needs. Known for innovative problem-solving, blending extensive industry expertise with a profound mastery of user-centered design methodologies. 

She has a diverse background that includes enterprise software, tech companies, digital agencies, consultancies, and startups. She earned her Master's degree in Information Management & Systems from the School of Information at UC Berkeley.

Drawing from her broad industry knowledge, deep familiarity with user-centered design best practices, and academic background, she focuses on effective problem-solving and empathetic leadership on complex, fast-paced projects affecting millions of people.
